Can I Get a Refund on a Purchase?

Fairbeat's refund policy for digital content is limited because files are delivered immediately upon purchase.

General policy#

Because beats and samples are digital goods delivered instantly, all sales are generally final. Once you have downloaded your files, a refund cannot be issued.

When can I request a refund?#

Refunds may be granted in the following situations:

• Duplicate purchase — you accidentally bought the same beat twice
• Files not delivered — you paid but did not receive your download links
• Significantly misdescribed content — the beat is materially different from what was advertised

How to request a refund#

Submit a support ticket with:

• Your order ID (from your confirmation email)
• The reason for the refund request
• Whether you have downloaded the files

Our team reviews refund requests within 2 business days.

What if my card was charged without my authorization?#

If you believe you were charged fraudulently, contact your bank or card issuer immediately to dispute the charge, then let us know via the support ticket form.
