Each usage type on Fairbeat comes with different files and usage rights. Here's what to expect from each.

Basic Lease#

• Files: MP3
• Usage: Limited streams, sales units, and performances (exact limits set by the seller)
• Stems: Not included
• Exclusivity: Non-exclusive — the seller can sell to other buyers

Premium Lease#

• Files: MP3 + WAV
• Usage: Higher limits than Basic (set by seller)
• Stems: Included if the seller provides them
• Exclusivity: Non-exclusive

Unlimited Lease#

• Files: MP3 + WAV + Stems (if available)
• Usage: Unlimited streams, sales, and performances
• Exclusivity: Non-exclusive — the seller may still sell usage rights to others

Exclusive#

• Files: MP3 + WAV + Stems (if available)
• Usage: Unlimited, commercial
• Exclusivity: You are the sole rights holder — the seller cannot sell usage rights to anyone else after your purchase
