How do I navigate the CRA dashboard?

A walkthrough of the Creator Rights Agency dashboard — viewing claims, submitting tracks, and reading your protection status.

Updated June 26, 2026

The CRA dashboard gives you a full view of your content protection status.

Opening the dashboard#

Go to My Content → Creator Rights Agency. You'll see an overview of your enrolled beats, active claims, and pending submissions.

Reading your protection status#

Each beat shows one of three statuses:

  • Protected — the beat is actively monitored and any unauthorized use will be flagged.
  • Pending — your submission is being processed (usually 1–3 business days).
  • Not enrolled — the beat is not yet submitted to CRA monitoring.

Viewing claims#

Click any protected beat to see a list of detected uses across platforms. Each claim shows the platform, the content URL, and the claim status.

Disputing a claim#

If a claim is incorrect (e.g. you authorized the use), click Dispute next to the claim and provide details. The CRA team reviews disputes within 5 business days.
