Why Didn't I Receive My Payment After a Sale?
Troubleshoot missing payments after a completed sale on Fairbeat — wallet delays, payout setup, and payment processor holds.

If a sale completed but you haven't seen the funds, work through these checks in order.
Check 1 — Has the payment cleared?#
Sales appear in your wallet after the payment processor confirms the transaction. This usually takes a few minutes but can take up to an hour for some payment methods.
Go to Performance → Finances → Wallet and look for the transaction in your history.
Check 2 — Is your payout method set up?#
Fairbeat requires a connected payout method before funds can be withdrawn. Go to Performance → Finances and confirm you have Stripe Connect or PayPal connected.
Without a payout method, funds sit in your wallet — they are not lost, but they cannot be withdrawn until you connect one.
Check 3 — PayPal hold#
If you use PayPal, your payment may be in a hold period. See Why is my PayPal Payment Being Held? for details.
Check 4 — Contact support#
If none of the above explains the missing payment, with the order ID and we'll investigate.
